個人科研工作簡介

1）研究方向及主要學術成果：

立足我國豐富的天然藥用生物資源寶庫，發揮在天然藥物研發的資源優勢，圍繞艾滋病等傳染性疾病、臨床常見惡性腫瘤等疾病及重大新藥創制等國家戰略需求，以具有特異糖結合能力的非免疫來源的凝集素為主線，集成現代生物技術手段，進行具有自主知識產權、抗病毒和抗腫瘤活性的凝集素等活性大分子的篩選、規模制備、基因克隆與蛋白序列、重組蛋白表達、生物活性及其基于腫瘤調控網絡的分子機制、基于結構的分子設計和改造以及蛋白多肽數據庫的構建和利用轉基因植物大量獲得活性蛋白等系統研究。發揮生命科學、醫學和信息科學等學科特點及學科交叉優勢，引入系統生物學整體性、信息化和網絡調控的研究策略和理念，集成生物化學與分子生物學、細胞生物學、分子藥理學、組學和系統生物學等技術方法，系統研究中草藥蛋白多肽抗腫瘤分子機制及其潛在靶標，拓辟了“凝集素探針-腫瘤細胞程序性死亡相關蛋白-miRNA相互調控網絡”研究新方向，為基于中藥源活性蛋白多肽為先導或候選化合物的功能機制研究提供示范性的新思路并為源頭創新藥物研發提供通用模式。
